Strategic Recapitalization With White Wolf Capital
White Wolf Capital’s recapitalization reinforced our position as the trusted supplier of top-tier talent to the marine, energy, and industrial sectors. Together, we set our sights higher.
2017
NSC Acquires Superior Resource Group
NSC made its first strategic acquisition of Superior Resource Group in June 2017, allowing us to spread our wings into engineering and skilled trades staffing while fortifying our presence across key geographies.

NSC Acquires Nationwide Temporaries
With the acquisition of Nationwide Temporaries, NSC gained a blue-chip customer base and a gateway to the Western US with a newfound presence in Colorado.
2019
NSC Acquires Caribbean Manpower Solutions, ULG Companies, Staffing Resources, and Staff Matters
2019 was a big year for NSC with the acquisitions of Caribbean Manpower Solutions, ULG Companies, Staffing Resources, and Staff Matters. By adding these organizations under the NSC umbrella, we were able to inherit our proprietary training facility in Puerto Rico, add defense services to our offerings, and solidified our position as industry leaders and an all-n-one staffing solutions provider for the skilled trades industry.
2020
NSC Acquires Anistar Technologies
We started a new decade strong by acquiring Anistar Technologies. This brought us a blue-chip customer base in naval defense, expanded our professional and technical offerings, and elevated our capabilities with top-secret clearance.
2021-2023
Leveling Up as the Skilled Staffing Experts
Within just 18 months, our leadership underwent significant changes. Todd Oken took the helm as CFO in June 2021 with a laser-focused plan for strategic growth. Then, in December 2022, we welcomed John Gulnac as CEO, further reinforcing our commitment to visionary leadership. In January 2023, Lindsay Kedy joined forces with NSC bringing over a decade of business and financial expertise to our leadership team as SVP of Sales Operations. These leadership changes helped build our reputation as the Skilled Staffing Experts we are today.
2023
NSC Acquires Shipyard Staffing
November 2023 marked the expansion of our reach with the acquisition of Shipyard Staffing. This strategic move opened doors to public yards, including NNSY & PNSY, and strengthened our relationships that demand the highest levels of security clearance.
